Mothers have played important roles in the movements for peace, social justice and a livable climate. What do we learn when we really listen to our mothers, past and present?
Rev. Cindy Davidson is the Executive Director of Massachusetts Interfaith Power and Light. She previously served two UU congregations in Westchester County, NY. She is the Past Board Chair of the Unitarian Universalist Ministry for Earth, a GreenFaith Fellow, and a longtime member of First Parish in Lexington. She earned her MDiv from the Meadville Lombard Theological School and a BMusic from the Mannes College of Music. She believes in the restorative power of nature and in the creative potential of people of faith working together, within and beyond their congregations, for environmental and climate justice.
