When tension, conflict, or discomfort arise in the congregation, we often think something is “wrong” with us. Disagreement is an inevitable part of any community, though, so how can we deal with the stress that comes with it? Learn some very concrete tools for moving yourself and others through moments of stress and toward resilience and relationship.
