This Martin Luther King weekend marks the 450th anniversary of the Edict of Torda. The edict was an early attempt to guarantee religious freedom in Christian Europe. It was far from perfect, but it was a start. Today we’ll draw parallels between it and modern movements calling for justice and tolerance.
