This talk will explore the suppression of the Goddesses, in particular, Sophia, the Goddess of Wisdom. It will demonstrate how reclaiming our Divine Female history, heritage, and mythology is significant to our religious and spiritual wellbeing, and will make for a more ecologically balanced planet.

Politics (national or corporate – maybe even church), family dysfunction, friends who maybe aren’t – any situation that seems to be the definition of insanity can leave us feeling insane ourselves. From the perspectives of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Buddhism we’ll look at ways for you to keep your wits about you, even as everyone around you seems to be going crazy.

Animal Blessing Sunday

Animal blessings are often celebrated around the Feast of St. Francis in early October, but they could be celebrated at any time. Our mid-summer service will honor the importance of our furry and feathered friends, including a time of blessing. All animals welcome!
