“Breaking Each Other’s Hearts? The Challenges of Intergenerational Coexistence”

Rev. Catherine Senghas – Sunday, April 9th, 2017 – Two services – 9:15 am (Roald Wilson, special musician) and 11:00 am (UUCR choir)

Generational conflict has been around as long as we have continued to perpetuate our tumbling and evolving coexistence in family life.  This can be a particularly painful conflict, as it is usually with those we love most deeply, and for the longest.  Let’s explore accepting what we may never be able to accept. (This is the auction sermon, with deep thanks to Clyde and Iris Hardin.)
