Spirit In Practice:
Beginning Wednesday January 24th 2018, 7pm
8 week session
Led by Reverend Hank Peirce – An eight session course “created to help Unitarian Universalists develop regular disciplines, or practices, of the spirit – practices that help them connect with the sacred ground of their being, however they understand it”. This group will meet on Weds evenings @ 7pm – online registration coming soon!
Friday, January 26, 2018, 5-8pm
Led by Dee Clark- Come experience mindfulness in motion. Volunteers will create and hold the sacred space of a labyrinth for the evening in Fellowship Hall. Drop in anytime 5:00-7:00 pm for individual labyrinth walks and/or join us at 7:00 pm for a facilitated group labyrinth walk. Tabletop labyrinths will also be available. The labyrinth is a walking meditation, a path of prayer or introspection, and an archetypal symbol of psychological and spiritual exploration and transformation. A continuous, meandering path leads only to the center and back out again, often by the same path. Unlike a maze where you can lose your way, the labyrinth is a spiritual tool that can help you find your way.
